Tell us, who is Katja?
My name is Katja and I’m 27 years old. I have a master’s degree in educational psychology, specialized in the field of organizational psychology. Ever since I can remember I’ve always been passionate about development, both my own personal and professional, but also helping the people around me become the best version of themselves. As a former elite swimmer, I’m dedicated to creating top performances, but I’ve developed a strong humanistic heart during my education and by working with human emotions. By connecting these values with my interest in organizational psychology, my biggest goal is to create meaningful workplaces that allow people to be present with their emotions, thoughts, and personal competencies.
How come you decided to work for Mindcap?
I chose to work at mindcap because I fell in love with the vision and the passion that everyone in the team brings to the table. Mindcap creates a better kind of workplace for the future, and truly believes that the future of work is about making work meaningful, fun and focused for every individual in the organization.
How would you best describe Mindcap?
Mindcap actually takes people seriously, and they’re not afraid of being honest and talking about every aspect of being human, to make individuals and teams thrive and develop together. By being a part of mindcap I actually have a chance to work with the things I feel most passionate about and spread the message that I truly believe in, all around the world. I believe that we need to focus on the wellbeing, performance, and development of each individual in an organization to be able to perform better as a team and unlock the full potential of the entire organization. This is what we aim to achieve in mindcap, and I’m proud and excited to be a part of the mindcap tripe.
